
That’s the number of hours you get given every single week.
• Take away 7 hours of sleep every night. You still have 119 left.
• Take away 5 hours of daily personal care and other chores. You still have 84 left.
• Take away 40 hours of full-time work. You still have 44 left.
• Take away 20 hours of travel time, etc. You still have 24 left.
Your allocation of hours might look much different from this, but if you do this exercise, you’ll be able to find at least an hour each day for working on your book.
Even if you want to do it for just 3 or 5 days a week.
So, think twice, the next time you’re about to say,
“I want to write a book, but I just don’t have time”
You do have the time.
But do you have the priority?
