Our Values

Be 100% Responsible.

The most important key to success is taking up charge of what you do because when you know that you are 100% responsible for what you do, you don’t just try your best but you actually do your best. By being responsible you blame yourself for anything good, bad or ugly in your business and not anyone or anything else.

“For your business to change, you must change – or nothing much will change!”
~ Jim Rohn.

When you take responsibility, you discover that you have the power to change your beliefs, your conduct and your results. When you believe you can change things for good, you can innovate and when you innovate, you move ahead to success.

What it means to us?

No one likes to trust people who blame others and don’t accept or take up responsibility for their own work. Even with us, we expect our employees to be responsible and deliver timely.

Once, we came across a person who never took responsibility of his actions, blamed bad weather or health problems for delay in his work. This not only effected his growth and productivity but our work suffered too. So it’s our aim to be responsible for what we do, how we do it and when we do it? The outcome of our actions is our responsibility not other’s and we will be the ones to suffer.

So if something goes wrong, instead of blaming others we ask these simple questions to ourselves – “How did we reach here? What were we thinking? What did we do or failed to do? Where did we go wrong? What do we need to do differently next time, to achieve our goals?”

How We Live By It?

@WS we take up 100% responsibility of our work and expect the same from our employees and clients. What we are and what we will be in future is completely our responsibility, we do not blame others for delay in our work. We believe that, blaming others or giving excuses won’t change anything, but taking up 100% responsibility for our work will bring the real change.

Ask Yourself:
  1. Are you taking up responsibility for your action?
  2. Are you giving your 100%?
  3. Are you delivering on time or giving excuses for delay in your work?
  4. Do you adapt change in your beliefs and actions for better outcome?
Serve Now & Deliver WOW!

Everyone does what is expected from them. But when you do something good and much better than what was expected, it comes out to be WOW! To differentiate from others you need to have this WOW effect in your work. You need to do something different and innovative.

Along with WOW, you also need to make sure that you deliver your service on time. Delay in work will never be noticed and get you appreciation but timely service with WOW effect will get you success.

What it means to us?

We expect our employees to do something beyond our expectations and WOW us and our clients with their innovations. Whatever they may do, it must have a strong positive impact on the clients. We wish to deliver something that makes our team different from others.

How We Live By It?

@WS we encourage our team to innovate and present ideas that are different from what is already being adapted by others. We seek to WOW our customers and our employees too along with our timely service.

Ask Yourself:
  1. How many people have you “WOWed” today by your work and ideas?
  2. What changes can you bring in your work for the WOW effect?
  3. What is it in your actions that can be different from others?
  4. Why should people opt for you and not others? What is innovative/special in your services?
Choose empowering language. Ask the right questions every day.

Language is what you speak and how you convey your feelings to others. The choice of your language defines your personality, it defines what you are? And what you chose to be? It reflects your true identity.

Empowering language is one which motivates you and drives you to success.

“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.”
~ John F. Kennedy

What it means to us?
Choice of language is most important, when you want to express yourself and convey something to others. It can lead you to success or pull you down to failure. You need to ask the right questions to yourself and live by what you say. Bring change in your language to make it empowering and have a strong impact on your clients or employees or family & friends. Just by saying things in right manner and asking right questions, you can positively convey your message and thoughts.
How We Live By It?

@WS we ask right questions to others and to ourselves. Simply by changing the words that we use consistently, we bring changes in our actions. You can imply simple changes in your vocabulary to make it empowering:
Eg. Instead of saying – “There’s a problem I need to solve.”
You can say – “Here’s a new challenge or opportunity for me.”

Ask Yourself:
  1. Are you asking right questions to yourself?
  2. Are you using empowering language daily?
  3. Are you using positive and encouraging words?
Champion each other in the team.

By championing we don’t mean competing each other, instead we mean to encourage or support each other. For a good team spirit, it is really important to help your team-mates and support them. Treat them as your equal, share anything new that you learned with them, help them grow with you and grow yourself with them. When you share what you learn and praise other’s work too, you step forward towards growth. When you grow, you succeed.

What it means to us?

The final outcome of any task depends on the team work, no single individual can reach success, and everyone needs a team to work with them for their ultimate goal. When you champion your team-mates; motivate and praise them for their work, learn from them, you grow faster. But when you treat them as competition; try to be 1st in all the things you do and not share your learning with others, you end up being alone on your path and face more difficulties.

How We Live By It?

@WS we believe in:

We share what new we learn and praise good work of our team-mates. Advise them on how to better their work and implement what we learn from them in our work. We work together for our ultimate goal – success.

Ask Yourself:
  1. Do you share what you learned today with your team-mates?
  2. Do you praise work of your team-mates and motivate them to do better?
  3. What new did you learn from others today? Do you implement it in your work?
Live every moment, Love every day, Laugh a little, Smile a lot and have FUN!

“All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.”
~ Stanley Kubrick

Work is a never-ending process, it can never be completed. Interest of a client is important and so is your personal life and health. The best way to success is by enjoying what you do, manage your work within the stipulated time and give time to your friends and family too. Only work will make you a machine and you are not a machine. So live every moment, love every day, laugh a little, smile a lot and have fun! It will refresh your mind and increase your productivity more.

What it means to us?

“Love your job but don’t love your company, because you may not know when your company stops loving you.”
~ Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam

Enjoy what you do. Make work your playground, maintain a daily task sheet and complete it within the stipulated office hours. A person who stays late at the office is not a hardworking person. Instead he/she is a fool who is unable to manage work and is insufficient and incompetent in his/her work. We come together to have FUN, simile on our mistakes and share them so that we can have a laugh.

How We Live By It?

@WS we enjoy our work and follow the principle:
Leaving Office On Time = Efficient Work + Good Social Life + Quality Family Life

@WS we don’t work! We play.
Yes the accounts team play with numbers, the admin with words, the tech with creativity.

Ask Yourself:
  1. Do you maintain a daily to-do sheet?
  2. How do you manage your time?
  3. How much quality time you spend with your family?
  4. Do you often get late from office?
  5. What is for FUN for you?
Be Passionate & Determined.

Passion is the fuel that drives us forward and Determination is the strong will to achieve your goals passionately. When these two qualities are put together, we can move ahead on path of success. If anyone of them is missing then our goal becomes tough to achieve. You may be passionate about what you do but if you are not determined enough to achieve it, the pace of getting success in your work will slow down. There won’t be anything to run with the fuel i.e. passion. Determination is fueled up by passion and passion drives determination.

What it means to us?

Be passionate about what you do, have a zeal in yourself and ways to achieve it will automatically fall in line. Love what you do and be confident to achieve it.

How We Live By It?

@WS we believe that if you are passionate and determined to achieve your goals, no one will be able to stop you from achieving it. Passion and Determination together drive you to success.

Ask Yourself:
  1. Do you love what you do? Are you passionate about your work?
  2. Do you have strong will to achieve your goals? Are you determined enough?
  3. What is stopping you to pursue your passion? And what is your plan, to tackle the obstacles between you and your passion?
Think Out-Of-the-box with a sense of adventure.

“A ship is always safe at the shore – but that is NOT what it is built for.”
~ Albert Einstein

To be extraordinary, you have to do extraordinary and to do extraordinary you need to go beyond ordinary. Thinking out-of-the-box is going beyond the ordinary to achieve extraordinary. It is always safe to do what others did but that does not bring you extraordinary success, thinking different or beyond other’s thought is risky but it will surely get you different/extraordinary success.

What it means to us?

“I don’t believe in pitfalls. I believe in taking risks and not doing the same thing twice.”
~ Guy Laliberte

When you do anything out of usual, it involves risk but taking such adventurous risks is always worth a go. Be free to think out-of-the-box and be creative, commit mistakes, bear the risk, learn and move ahead, try new things and repeat.

How We Live By It?

@WS we push ourselves as far as we can. Think beyond ordinary and try new things and ideas daily. Be open to change and innovate our work.
We believe:

“Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.”
~ T. S. Eliot

Ask Yourself:
  1. Have you thought of anything new today?
  2. Are you ready to take risks and commit mistakes?
  3. Do you learn from your mistakes or repeat the same mistake again?
  4. Do you pull yourself out of your comfort zone and be adventurous? Do you think creatively and imply innovation to your work?
  5. How far can you push yourself?
Be curious & model those ahead of us.

Being curious is really important for business. It opens up your mind and leads you to new ideas and adventures. When you are curious about something, you try to understand and learn more about it.

“Any fool can know. The point is to understand.”
~ Albert Einstein

What it means to us?

Curiosity keeps you sharp minded and leads you to innovation and creativity. It makes you think beyond, ahead of us.

“It is not that I’m so smart. But I stay with the questions much longer.”
~ Albert Einstein

Just like your body needs exercise to be in shape, your brain also needs to exercise regularly. Curiosity flexes your brain muscles and keeps it in shape. You gain new knowledge from it, which you can imply on your business.

How We Live By It?

@WS we think ahead of us. There are always more than one way to do a thing, we not only take interest in our own work but also be curious about what and how others are doing things. We model those ahead of us and are ready to learn from them. It does not mean we copy their methods, it means we understand what they are doing? Why they are doing it and how they are doing it? We look outside our sphere of influence and observe what we can and learn from it.

Eg. Reading books outside your usual scope. Your interest maybe in Philosophy but one day due to curiosity you can read a book about science fiction. It might not be of your interest but you may learn new things from it and it will broaden your scope of thinking. It may encourage you to think beyond your own scope of interest.

Ask Yourself:
  1. Add WHY to every action around you?
  2. Do you often try to find the reason behind your actions? Why you do what you do?
  3. Do you try and understand why others are doing what they are doing?
  4. Have you learned anything new due to your curiosity?
  5. Whom or what do you model and why?
Keep learning & most of all keep implementing.

Learning is a never ending process. If you stop learning, you stop growing.

“The more I read, the more I acquire, the more certain I am that I know nothing.”
~ Voltaire

You may think that we know everything but at the end when someone asks you a question beyond your knowledge, you realize, you were a fool to think that you have learned enough.Knowledge is like an investment, the more you invest, the higher returns you get.

What it means to us?

“Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.”
~ Benjamin Franklin

Implementing what you have learned is equally important. We truly learn a thing when we implement it and experience from its result. We cannot know in advance what result a method that we learned, will produce for us. Each individual has his/her own unique experience. Just like no individual thinks the same, no individual gets same result/experience.

Eg. Two people learned same ways to cut an apple but when they implemented their learning with same resources and knowledge, their results/experiences differed. One got small even pieces while the other got uneven pieces.

How We Live By It?

@@WS we learn new things daily, implement it and then learn from the result that we experience.
We believe –

“The education of circumstances is superior to that of tuition.”
~ William Wordsworth

Ask Yourself:
  1. What new did you learn today?
  2. Have you implemented your learnings?
  3. What did you experience from your learnings?
Embrace improvements and drive innovations.

Nothing is perfect in this world. Everything comes with a flaw and scope for improvement. When you have scope of improvement, you innovate and growth automatically follows.

What it means to us?

“Changes call for innovation, and innovation leads to progress.”
~ Li Keqiang

When you’re ready to embrace improvement in your work, you make changes keeping your values intact and that leads to trying new ways/methods. These new ways and methods lead to innovation and eventually you progress towards success.

How We Live By It?

@WS we embrace improvements and are ready to accept changes in our way of working for the benefit of our clients. We keep innovating according to our customers’ feedbacks and employees’ needs. We have open group discussions where every member has the freedom to share ideas with others in the team, we consider them with an open mind, always come up with newer ways to improve our resources and techniques according to their requirements of our business and clientele.

Ask Yourself:
  1. How do you take up feedback from your customers?
  2. Are you open towards improvement in your work/product for customer satisfaction?
  3. What changes do you adapt to create better working atmosphere?
  4. How often do you change your methods to approach a result?
Let our results do the talking!

“Actions speak louder than words.”

You may keep promoting yourself to no limits but the world will trust you only when they see it for themselves! Seeing is believing!

What it means to us?

“You are what you do, not what you say you’ll do.”
~ C. G. Jung

When you act, you don’t need to say and when you say, you don’t act.

How We Live By It?

@WS we don’t need to tell how are results/services will be, you can see it by yourself and believe in us accordingly. Our clients’s success stories talk for us!

Ask Yourself:
  1. What does your action convey to others?
  2. Do you talk more and do less?
